Elevate your leadership skills by taking a page out of the playbook of Apple TV+ soccer coach Ted Lasso. We'll dive into his unique approach to leadership and focus on how he champions belief, optimism, and teamwork to help his teams be the best they can be. In this course, we will break down each of these principles and so participants understand and can put together a plan to apply these in their lives and businesses.

Learning Outcomes:  

1. Define and explain the core principles of Ted Lasso's leadership philosophy (e.g., belief, optimism, team building).

2. Identify specific strategies used by Ted Lasso to build trust, encourage positive communication, and celebrate team wins.

3. Articulate a plan for incorporating Ted Lasso's leadership pricipals into your own work environment.

Lindsay Ash, Director of Corporate Marketing 

Lindsay has been a proud member of the Audigy team since 2011, serving in the roles of Marketing Manager, Regional SBU Director, and currently Director of Corporate Marketing. She loves supporting Audigy members and their teams and is motivated by seeing them achieve their goals. She always enjoys sharing new marketing ideas and hopefully inspiring at least a few people to try something new. She graduated from UCLA and now lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, Steve, and their two dogs. She loves traveling and experiencing all that the world has to offer, but says it’s always great to come back to the Pacific Northwest, which is home.

Steve Hughbanks, SHRM-SCP – Senior Human Resources Manager 

Steve Hughbanks graduated from Wayland Baptist University in Texas majoring in Business Management and Psychology. He is an innovative leader in human resources management with over 25 years of hands-on experience in all major functional areas of human resources. Steve has been with Audigy for over 11 years and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. He is passionate about using his experience to strategically coach business owners to become strong leaders by impacting their communication, employee engagement, recruiting process, and influence.
